We are working together with each other and other stake holders to build some low incomehousing projects.  On the Earth there is just not enough housing for working poor families and individuals.  Nobody builds this social class anything.  Currently laws say to be classified as an affordable housing community only 10% of units built in a complex are have to REALLY BE affordable.  The rest are market rte.  Why?  With our projects 90% of apartment homes will be affordable. The rest will be  market rate. Too as an environmentalist these Low-Income Communities will probably Energy Star certifiable and wheelchair accessible. Energy Star certifiable means that these apartments will sip utilities while maintaining year around comfort.  

Years ago Concept E-3 initited a social program called "Cash for Trash",  What we did was pick up marginalized persons and put them to work for a few hours and then paid them money.  GThen the next day we would do it again.  Soo here in 2025 Concept E-3 will do some fundraising for this program again.  Actually the benefits far out weigh the cost.  Takes money, supplies, warm bodies, and a truck. All of this stuff cost money.  What the municipality gets is more presentable public spaces.  Concept E-3 now knows to also to pay to dispose of the collected trash.  We will take the truck, yet to be acquired, pick up some trash then dispose of it properly.  The we pay the people that did the work and the next day, do it again.  To do this Concept E-3 needs your active participation.
