Who is Steve anyway.

I am a lifelong member of the "if you don't like how something is done, do it better" club.
Back in 1981 on a beach in California I was speaking with a felllow pursuing a degree in Marine Science.
One of the topics though was "What kind of city can people live in under the ocean?"  My initiall and still reigning thought is that probably this city would not have a dome.  Even if it did, how would you keep it underwater.  I said I thought it would make better sense if these cities could actually be made of concrete.  No huge dome requirements.  The weight of the structure would keep it under water.  Then we got to talking about pollution.  This was my Aha moment.  The Earth is covered over 60% with water.  What about the land we live on.  This started me on my journey to founding waht one day would be called Concept E-3.
Concept E-3 is about solving current global pollution problems.  Finding ways to do it that incorporate people.  As I reason.  The Earth would do fine without Humanity.  But if we want to stay here then there is some stuff we need to do.  The Baltimore Project is a little about me going back to school and working in a live laboratory.  The things done here can be duplicated.  This even includes (really) affordable housing solutions for low income families.
