We are working together with each other and other stake holders to build some low income

housing projects.  In America there is just not enough housing for working poor families and individuals.  Nobody builds this social class enough affordable housing.  Currently laws say to be classified as an affordable housing community only 10% of units built in a complex are affordable.  The rest are market rte.  Why?  With our projects 90% of apartment homes will be affordable. Too as an environmentalist these Low-Income Communities will sip utilities while maintaining year around comfort.
