Starting in Denver and eventually being as far East as Baltimore, MD.  The general idea is to build some smaller properties to help us to grow into 1,000+ Unit developments.

All of our ADA power chair ascessible units are to be built to energy star standards.  The ADA part is more open space and larger bedrooms to give more access to make beds.  Bigger bathrooms with roll in showers.  Where we can we will use pocket doors to minimize space needed for door swing. Being energy star certified this means these apartments sip electricity to maintain year around comfort with higher insulation values.  The upfront cost is higher than standard but these apartments are to be built to useful life of at least 30 years.  Lest I forget a lot of college graduates will be needing apartments too so 2nd Chance Accessibility Plus too will make available sm aller apartments with high tech upgrades.  Using a phone app for a lot of accessibility protocols.  The apartments are still comfortable but a little smaller to save on building codst so we can keep rents down.  For more informatyion Email concepte-3@hotmail.com,  Leave me youn name, email, and phone number for more information and applications.

We are working together with each other and other stake holders to build some low incomehousing projects.  On the Earth there is just not enough housing for working poor families and individuals.  Nobody builds this social class anything.  Currently laws say to be classified as an affordable housing community only 10% of units built in a complex are have to REALLY BE affordable.  The rest are market rte.  Why?  With our projects 90% of apartment homes will be affordable. The rest will be  market rate. Too as an environmentalist these Low-Income Communities will probably Energy Star certifiable and wheelchair accessible. Energy Star certifiable means that these apartments will sip utilities while maintaining year around comfort.  

Years ago Concept E-3 initited a social program called "Cash for Trash",  What we did was pick up marginalized persons and put them to work for a few hours and then paid them money.  GThen the next day we would do it again.  Soo here in 2025 Concept E-3 will do some fundraising for this program again.  Actually the benefits far out weigh the cost.  Takes money, supplies, warm bodies, and a truck. All of this stuff cost money.  What the municipality gets is more presentable public spaces.  Concept E-3 now knows to also to pay to dispose of the collected trash.  We will take the truck, yet to be acquired, pick up some trash then dispose of it properly.  The we pay the people that did the work and the next day, do it again.  To do this Concept E-3 needs your active participation.

My gosh some people today believe their are no more prophets of God.  Of course they do believe that Satan is their god of choice.  This happens since this reality we live in, we also work in and everything feels real.  So scientifically frequencies are the things that make everything.  as a Prophet of Ha Shem you can see beyond the veil of our world.  There is a veil that separates life from death.  Their are veils that hide the multi-verse.

Here is the draft.  Long g story short, possibly due to individual greed, bureaucratic bull shit and other stuff, Detroit Michigan went from blue collar royalty to less.  It took several years so Detroit had a good run.  Lotsa people made good money.
Now here is an opportunity.  100's of thousands of Americans are homeless 10's of millions make just enough money to get by.  Not enough to get ahead.
Enter Concept E-3 a future NGO. CONCEPT E-3 is about environmental clean up and restoration. A 501 (c) 4 for the 21st century .
Here is the idea. First off we need skilled working poor Americans in construction to get a work VISA and relocation assistance to Detroit.  These individuals are given a nice place to live as a part of their work incentive.  Every building in Detroit is rehabbed to support a green roof and we take this from here and rehab every building. Rain water is captured and repurposed for general watering with drip irrigation systems. 
To make this work, Detroit needs to be a self governed district.  Like Washington D.C. .
.   here we go.  With so much population growth urban city farming is happening every where.  There are also successful eco-villages globally.  Let's turn Detroit into a very larg eco-village. Roofs and walls can support plant growth becoming Huge carbon sink. So as a city/ eco- village carbon sink repurposed development.  Some success can be obtained .  Now lets repurpose metal refineries with an idea to become a major player in metals recycling.  What actual waste is thrown away can be disposed of with level 5 incineration and plastics can be repurposed to produce and capture syn gas.  Real smart people can see where this is heading.  1,000,000's of poor American's get an opportunity to build a better quality of life for their families.
Work hard, get economically awarded and show that future metro super cities can be designed to help the environment and have a lot of locked in sustainable practices to include locally grown produce.  Take this a step further and also make Detroit a smart city. Paint some wall murals and enjoy some graffiti as thw ' urban art it is.".

Okay I look around.  To make our economy strong, I am led to believe that President Trump is opening  national oil reserves for production and allowing timber harvesting on federal lands.  
Okay in a couple of years that will be over with.  The people who own the oil companies and sell the milled lumber are making BILLIONS.  The workers are making enough money to come back to work the next day.

My thinking is that these days will not last over 6 years.  so maybe now is the time to do some different things.  Or wait until I am America's next President and with my leadership, we can lay a foundation for the next 20 years.

So  I say lets align America's local, regional, municipal, and federal government for the common work of solving our nations environmental pollution problems.

as a country of freemen we can chose to work with a lot of already existing groups and clean our country up.  Food, water, and energy security means if we clean up our lakes and rivers, replant our woods with mixed trees, restore our farming top soils, then we can adopt new policies that allow Americans to stay free and not  stay dependent on other countries to feed us and keep our vehicles running.

Beside it would be great to be able to go fishing again in many surface waters that are just too polluted.

I say this because we have devaluation of currencies.  Sometime in the future we have less paying jobs available than now.  The wealthy are fine, it is everybody else that suffers.  Unless the global 'non-monetary system', give all of the Earths people a "Universal Basic Income."
With no jobs, where else does the money to survive come from?

What is happening is the rise of the data storage and computational power of AI.

We are coming closer to developing really advanced bionic/prosthetic systems.

As a whole our planets human population keeps growing. 

What we do is pollute, eat, sleep, and generate waste.  Every country has bills to pay but when the wealthiest freemen control most of the dollars in a  growing global economy, only these wealthy

folks can pay the national  bills.  Not everyone else struggling over bread crumbs from the rich mans table. 

So paradigms have to change, Industrial age thinking has no place when so many items are produced by machines and not people getting paid wages.

The writer did not have words like Ice Age, Agricultural Age, Bronze Age.  Today we have these words that symbolizes this meaning.  An uncertain number of years for 'AGE' to occur.

I was born in the third industrial age, First one occurred with the invention of the steam engine.  Another one happened after invention of A/C current and the incandescent bulb. I was born during the age of manufacturing.I guess would be a 3rd industrial age of sorts.  

Then along comes DARPA creating the first internet. that puts us in the "Information Age."

That part where Jesus reiterated what Daniel wrote about how men will run to and fro and knowledge will increase.  Brings us to our time.  In our world today computers, Artificial Intelligence, nano-technology and more are coming together and improving very quickly.

This leads us to a modern "Digital Age.' Oh yes, we , as humans have a word to describe it other than "Generation."

So here we are in 2017.  AI is becoming smarter faster than we thought.

So in the next 5 years we can have Our service bots and new AI equipped military applications.

Probability says since we have already opened the 'box'. AI will become autonomous.  The good news is that for we Earthlings to venture forth and colonize other planets, the autonomous AI units go first since they do not breathe like you and I.  Like all of the AI bots Hansen robotics, Sophia.

Now Humanoids are neither male or female in gender.  But we can give them a pretty face and "WHAM" we relate to Sophia as a woman.  Actually AI's come in many forms.

Many industrial bots are coming equipped with simpler AI intelligence algorithms.

So interstellar space can be explored.  To keep cost down AI will have to have some autonomy since 

sending instructions takes a  long time . I would suggest go set up mars and the moon. as initial experiments.

Hey what is letting us go from Earth to Pleiades system in such a short time.  I was told that the faster a body goes the more mass it gains due to the Higgs -Boson particles making mass and making our ship heavier. But a few things had to change.  Not the formula but our perspective.

Being in a "Warp Field", is a way cool idea.  In the warp field, the ships mass is 

separated from the space it is in.  Traveling in the field allows any particles to well slide off.  Now your ship is surfing through the cosmos.  Beats the heck out of solid fuel rocketry.

So where do we go from here.  Members of Islam keep killing innocents by the droves. The world tells America to do something then bitches when we do. How about Sovereign contraction.  Instead of America "Putting herself out there", maybe we should focus just on our shores and 250 nautical miles out from our shorelines.   Then we can get our house in order.  Make sure all of our surface waters are clean, that many more people produce food on small family farms, and that we have our cars and trucks converted to use natural gas as a transportation fuel too.  Did I forget to mention, remember that, "This Republic was Founded on the "Understanding" that there is a Sovereign "GOD" , that rules in the affairs of..all..mankind??

We threw God out of our schools, our places of government, and out of our courts.  Then we say, "WE", will rebuild America.  Let me ask this how is it that a nation of what 250,000,000 souls at the time enjoyed 95% of all of the luxury goods produced in our world?  Were we or are we (USA), blessed?  By some "Divine".. Providence.

If not  did America become the economic and military super power  of our own accord.  If so what happened. Where is the nuclear family of the industrial era.  Where one parent, useually dad earned the income, Mom took care of the household affairs.  We all got to sit down to dinner  together, and talk.  Talk about our days, cry about our problems, brag about our victories.  We used to freely get and give hugs and kisses from our family.  Why is now 1% of all Americans control a huge 45% of American wealth.  The middle class nuclear family is gone. Some folks still make big bucks $100,000 per year which buy the sameas $10,000 per year bought in the 70's.  

...You don't believe me.  In 1972 you could go to McDonalds get ahamburger, fries, and a coke for $1.00 and still get change back.  Fill your truck up $6.00 and buy a shopping cartload of groceries ( the standard ones), for $20. Oh yeah one of our parents took care of preparing the meals and taking care of the children and we said things like "Please?", "May I?", Yes Ma'am, Yes Sir.   Get the picture.  In the 50's, 60's, 70', and for some of the 80's public schools were not war zones, they were safe places for our children to go and learn.

....Today,we have lost this.  For what ?  The why is simple, we stopped honoring the"Unknown God on Mars Hill in Grecia."  As noticed bythe Apostle Paul, or was it Peter?  Look it up in that family Bible.  It is okay to pick it up, blow off the dust and open it (That Bible). If you chose to read it...  It just mightchange your life.

I had visited a fisherie and a museum in my a recent trip in the North West of America. I saw some huge power genertaing damns.  Many wind turbines.  I even spoke with an electrical lineman about his job, building farm to grid distribution of electrical power.  Much of which is done underground.  This is more secure and cost effective than stringing HVDC/HVAC lines on huge electric poles.  I am glad to say that the RE sector has improved a lot.  Back in the 1980's when wind turbines were like the newest thing, many where put up everywhere.  No attention was paid to how these may harm avarian (bird) life.  TGhe environmental impact was not even thought of.  Not anymore.  Much more planning is involved and steps are taken to protect birds as well as to minimize impact on ,animal habitat., in these areas where wind is found in abundance.

We die,then what?

My, (our) Mom left our Sphere of life June 4, 2015 at 1605.

Now what?   Some people are allwed to see into the realm of Spirit.
I never met my grandfather Vernon L. _______ but When Mom "gave up the ghost" I saw my grandfather not as the old toothless guy that was with us when my Sister was born.  I saw an attractive healthy looking man, brown hair, well groomed moustache.  He had his hand around Mom's waist while standing on her right side.  Mom was looking at us all grieving her passing. I felt better about this.  Now back in 1976 (our)  Mom married our step father.  J.T.was a mans mans.  I can't say he was a 'good' man. Mom needed JT and JT needed Mom.

A couple of days ago I was sitting with Mom when JT, or rather the entity that was using JT's image as him.  The JT imposter was seducing Mom, (Seducing Spirit)  I had talk with him and say "No, No, No you can't have her yet.  Then it is all about praying to God when you have something of a Spiritual Nature to deal with.  That night Mom chose to hang with the Evil Influence, Fortunately when we are living and "Standing in the Gap" praying for the dying person.

The next morning Mom was mean spirited and combattive.  Really to weak to move much.   Then later that day she looked at me and in the sweetest, most loving voice she said, Steve.   Last night June 3rd, 2015, I saw a big fiel above Moms Death bed, there were so many people.  This ?imagined vision? had these people standing up fully dressed  and well waiting for Mom.  My Sister is the family tree person, I could see everyone just find.  Clothing they wore and bodies hair color and all of this just fine.  Of course these ?Images, or Visions?, are subjective to our filters. If you read The Holy Bible all of them Angels showing up had looked likea humanoid we could relate to.

While Mom was dying I said to her,"You are closer to Heaven ( and Hell,<more softly>) than I am now", What do you see.  Of course she couldn't say anything .
Still this experience of being with a dying Parent is a path I have never walked on.   So my question is for the deceased is "What is Next?".  For those of us still alive, today we can grieve.  Tomorrow back to living.  We have jobs to do, bills to pay.  A shout out to my sister and her very supportive husband (He get's his wife back.)   She had a great Memorial Day cookout for all of us living folk.

Angels,Demons, God, Man

Angels of their nature are messengers of the Godhead.  Fallen Angels are really Angelic beings that chose to live amongst men.  Not "Demons."   Demons however are the malevolent spirit or ether bodies of deceased humans.  Human souls having been unbound by their deaths, yet too much anger to leave.

These angry Spirits are those that lose their humanity and instead of approaching divinity they are of a more negative energy.  These energies are intelligent though and are able to produce poltergeist effects.  We who for whatever reason are contacted by angels and malevolent entities alike. This leads me to postulate the indescribable 'GOD'. Whose love like gravity is the great attractor. Remember with God in the throne room there had been a "dark Angel" called Satan El.  meaning that God the creator has a ShaitanEl as a detroyer.  This is a duty not just a name.  In the Holy Bible many time the statement "Satan and The Devil" is made with no corespondance with Lucifer the Morning Star.  There is however a phrase where God identifies himself as The Bright Morning Star.  And Yeshua, Immanyuel, God in Man is identified as Daystar.  There is a lot of significance here.
