Concept E-3... Starting in Denver and eventually being as far East as Baltimore, MD.  The general idea is to build some smaller properties to help us to grow into 1,000+ Unit developments.

All of our ADA power chair ascessible units are to be built to energy star standards.  The ADA part is more open space and larger bedrooms to give more access to make beds.  Bigger bathrooms with roll in showers.  Where we can we will use pocket doors to minimize space needed for door swing.
